Job Summary
Lead new game projects by managing human, hardware, and software logistics while overseeing daily operations and cross-disciplinary team performance. Create an inspiring environment with open communication, set clear goals, delegate tasks, and monitor metrics to ensure project deliverables are met. Execute test cases, vet bugs, and maintain overall quality standards. Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, escalate issues to management, and resolve team conflicts through direct feedback. Assist HR with interviewing, time verification, and training new members. Collaborate with PMs to ensure measurable project targets are achieved.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Games Quality Assurance experience
- minimum 1-2 years of Leadership experience
- Excellent proficiency in English
- Exhibit basic proficiency in French
