Procurement Manager for Cirque du Soleil touring show division. Lead and grow the procurement team, manage end-to-end sourcing for large activities, negotiate medium- to long-term contracts with local, regional, or international suppliers, maintain relationships with internal clients and suppliers, define strategic vision to support the Touring Shows division, organize performance reviews with suppliers, coordinate high-value sourcing projects in line with procurement policies, communicate governance standards for procurement, assess supplier practices and capabilities, monitor market developments and adapt contracts to new realities while maximizing monetary and service value, and support the Senior Director with reporting for the Touring Shows division. The role requires a bachelor-level business education, 7–10 years of procurement experience, team supervision experience, strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills, organizational and communication skills, adaptability under pressure, proficiency with Word/Excel/SAP MM/Ariba, and bilingual English/French (third language a plus).
