Chef

Deliver high-quality meals using fresh ingredients consistent with Epworth's vision, focusing on excellent patient service experiences for a-la-carte room service. Work under the guidance of the Head or Sous Chef to produce meals for patients, visitors, staff, and special events while contributing to departmental effectiveness. Adhere strictly to WH&S practices and staff wellbeing protocols throughout all food preparation and service activities. This role is for enthusiastic, fully qualified casual chefs with trade qualifications and experience in 120+ pax meal service periods. You will need your own transport and good availability, with hours ending by 8:30 pm. Annual influenza vaccination and a National Police Check are required.
