Prepare and deliver nutritious, safe, and visually appealing meals for patients in a healthcare setting. Candidates must possess a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, demonstrate experience in a healthcare food service environment, and exhibit strong food hygiene knowledge and cooking expertise.
