Job Summary
Organize the service and manage a team of professionals within the Montargis basin, ensuring quality of care for accompanied individuals while acting as the primary interface with partners and families. Implement prevention strategies against maltreatment and oversee personnel scheduling, absences, and leave requests in compliance with social regulations. Conduct periodic professional interviews to identify training needs and drive project partnerships that support the association's autonomy development strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Diplôme de Niveau 6 : CAFERUIS ou diplôme médico-social équivalent
- Leadership naturel
- Qualités managériales, relationnelles et organisationnelles
- Capacité d'adaptation et de gestion du stress
- Intérêt pour la gestion de projet
- Force de propositions et capacité à impulser le changement
- Disponibilité pour un poste en CDI forfait 206 jours
- Disponibilité à partir du 1er octobre 2026
