Manage and pilot the Service Interventions Dépenses (SID) for agricultural aid payments, organizing an 15-person team and defining service objectives. Supervise operational security and quality within an anti-fraud context, while ensuring internal control procedures remain current and compliant with regulatory obligations. Assist the Fondé de pouvoir in site organization and support external stakeholders, including beneficiaries, banks, and audit bodies. Respond to internal and external auditor expectations with high reactivity and decision-making support.
