Job Summary
Implement the commercial strategy for your sector, manage team performance, and ensure client satisfaction across the store's universe. Drive sales growth by leading your team in meeting targets and fostering collaboration to achieve shared objectives. Leverage your experience in commercial strategy and team leadership to develop performance and client satisfaction within the Brico Cash network. Work 35 hours per week from 7:00 to 19:00.
Required Qualifications
- Experience significative sur un poste similaire
- Bonne maîtrise des différents volets de l'élaboration et de la mise de place d'une stratégie (commerciale, humaine...)
- Ouverture de 7h00 à 19h00
