Structure sites in exploitation across public, social housing, hotel, and private sectors by monitoring activity, controlling operations, and delivering products to unstructured sites. Track performance indicators including schedules, attendance, and contract compliance while managing payroll and HR functions. Recruit staff for gaps and replacements, establish announcements and DPAE requests, and support team management through training and planning of polyvalent agents. Develop exceptional works to drive revenue growth and maintain client relationships through audits and proposals. Requires driving license, IT proficiency, and flexibility for shifted hours and weekends.
