Job Summary
Conduct detailed menu knowledge and articulate specials to guests while supervising table clearing and mise-en-place. Monitor dining experiences, anticipate guest needs, and respond promptly to requests to ensure satisfaction. Ensure food and beverages are presented correctly before delivery in full compliance with quality standards. Maintain courteous service throughout the shift, enhancing the guest experience at this Residenza del Cardinale property. Fluent in Italian and English required.
