Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Team player with a flexible and positive attitude
- Exceptional storytelling and guest engagement skills
- Passion for the hospitality industry
- Good command of English and Italian
- Excellent verbal manners and proven customer service skills
- Good knowledge or experience in hospitality, Asian, Japanese or fusion dining concept preferred
- Strong grooming standards and professional presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
- Experience in complaint handling
- Availability to work late nights, weekends, and bank holidays as we operate 365 days a year
