Coordinate daily front-of-house operations and oversee team performance across Lindner Hotels & Resorts, 7Pines, Me and All, and the L-Collection properties. Manage guest interactions, ensure service standards align with the JdV by Hyatt brand identity, and lead the service team in creating unique experiences that reflect the local environment. Apply hospitality expertise to support the group's internationalization and growth strategy within a family-owned organization operating in ten European countries and the USA.
