Conduct table setup, monitor service flow, and manage clearing for every shift. Deliver high-quality guest reception and follow-up while demonstrating knowledge of signature cocktails and menu items. Adhere strictly to hygiene and safety standards within the Michelin-starred Bellefeuille restaurant and iconic bar-bibliothèque. Requires one year of experience in starred gastronomy and fluent English. Full-time permanent role with two consecutive fixed rest days, attractive tips, and access to the employee committee.
