Job Summary
Chef de Rang at Four Seasons Hotel Firenze Atrium Bar for Summer 2026 season. Provide expertly served beverage or dining experiences, describe food & beverage menu items with vivid descriptions, anticipate guest needs, present bills, greet and seat guests, assist in serving wines, spirits and mixed drinks, and support in setting/clearing tables and buffets. Requires a 2-year food-service background; reading/writing/oral proficiency in Italian and English. Schedule includes full-time and seasonal contract with dinner service; legal work authorization in Italy. Starting gross annual salary aligned with CCNL minimum standards and opportunities for growth based on experience.
