Chef de quai

Supervise the driver team by controlling daily routes at departure and conducting debriefings upon return. Manage fleet maintenance for trucks and refrigerated units, while entering productivity data into SAP. Resolve disputes, ensure compliance with food safety and security policies through necessary checks, and lead individual development and motivation of staff. Participate in tours when required. Requires a heavy goods vehicle license (C), ISO 22000 certification, and Excel proficiency. Schedule runs from 9:00 to 16:30, Tuesday through Saturday.
