Job Summary
Manage project contracts and provide technical or operational support to project teams while acting as the primary liaison with clients, partners, and internal INGEROP services. Prepare technical and financial bids from the candidacy phase through contract negotiation, ensuring adherence to assigned financial targets. Establish project partnerships, organize team structures, and develop technical memoranda and budgets. Work across transport and infrastructure services covering public transit, rail, road projects, and urban adaptation. Travel occasionally abroad for assignments. Requires 5–8 years of experience in infrastructure or transport, fluent English, and proficiency in Office software.
