Plan and track operations under a senior TCE project manager, coordinating architects and specialized firms while ensuring cost, schedule, and quality compliance. Conduct feasibility and technical studies, draft technical documents and safety notices, and analyze regulatory constraints. Prepare consultation dossiers, evaluate bids, and contribute to negotiations. Attend site meetings, document progress, and verify work conformity against market documents. Manage the reception process and track reserve items. Requires an engineering degree in building or civil engineering with initial professional experience.
