Implement solutions on-site or remotely, document incidents, and collaborate with internal teams to address complex technical problems. Integrate new energy products and systems for clients while ensuring fluid, high-quality delivery. Contribute to knowledge sharing by creating user guides and training materials, translating technical concepts into accessible documentation. Proactively identify recurring issues to improve service processes and maintain positive long-term client relationships. Requires a Bachelier degree in electrical or energy engineering, Driver's License B, and experience in after-sales or technical support.
