Job Summary
Pilot the Maison's acculturation programs, including integration initiatives, learning culture development, and manager training tracks. Facilitate targeted training sessions for managers and teams while aligning with Maison culture. Design and deploy competency development programs to address business and transformation challenges. Manage concurrent projects with agility and strong organizational skills within the HR teams. This senior role focuses on developing and transmitting expertise to drive the Maison's reinvention.
