Job Summary
Lead end-to-end execution of complex Grid Automation NPI projects, managing the full project life cycle from planning to delivery. Own financial performance, contractual integrity, and customer satisfaction while ensuring high standards of safety and quality. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, optimize schedules, and command stakeholder meetings to drive continuous improvement and process enhancements. Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing to deliver "as-sold" scope, chair gate reviews, and ensure compliance with global governance and safety regulations. Manage international teams across time zones and report regularly to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of project management experience with complex, multi-faceted projects (systems engineering, telecommunications or equivalent)
- PMP or equivalent professional certification
- Fluent in English (mandatory)

- Master's degree
- Familiarity with embedded firmware, hardware design lifecycle, and manufacturing transition processes
