Manage client relationships and contract follow-up for Salesforce functional and technical challenges within an agile environment. Lead functional and technical consultants through specification, testing, and training phases while validating proposed options and overseeing team deliverables. Directly contribute to pre-sales processes, including evaluation and drafting of proposals, and engage in intrapreneurial initiatives such as organizing solidarity missions, events, and partnership launches.
