Job Summary
Develop operational action plans from validated strategic orientations and lead their execution through steering committee meetings and team reviews. Coordinate stakeholders, track commitments, and produce synthesis deliverables including notes, presentation supports, and decision-making documents. Guide change management initiatives, promote best practices, and manage cross-functional topics such as budget preparation, roadmap construction, cost analyses, and performance indicator tracking. This role supports the Information Systems Direction in driving transformation and continuous improvement within a French digital services firm.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a mission manager, cross-functional project manager, or organizational consultant
- Experience ideally acquired within an IT department (DSI) or in a transformation environment
- Solid experience in project management, operational steering, and activity planning
- Ability to structure subjects, analyze issues, and support teams in implementing strategic decisions
- Excellent writing and relational skills
- Ability to draft dossiers, model processes, synthesize complex information, and communicate with various interlocutors
