Job Summary
Manage project development applications by determining client needs, creating detailed project plans, and mitigating risks. Lead Agile/Scrum initiatives by organizing team meetings, assigning tasks, and tracking progress while ensuring software quality standards. Maintain direct client relationships through regular updates, specification reviews, and satisfaction checks. Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure project alignment and deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Capable of working in AGILE mode with the SCRUM method
- Determine project needs in collaboration with the client
- Create a detailed project plan including deadlines and necessary resources
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Communicate regularly with the client to provide updates on project progress
- Organize regular meetings with the development team and stakeholders
- Assign tasks to development team members and track task progress
- Implement quality control processes to ensure the developed software conforms to standards
- Collect and document client requirements and make adjustments based on feedback
- Ensure the client is informed and satisfied with project progress
