Key responsibilities include effective communication with insurers, documenting damages (photos, R24, Docusketch), and coordinating with mitigation and reconstruction teams. You will ensure client satisfaction, keep projects on schedule, and participate in a rotational on-call schedule. Ideal candidates are excellent communicators, organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple cases under pressure, with a valid driver's license and project management experience being essential.
