CHEF DE PROJET ECOLOGUE - BOTANISTE F/H

Job Summary
Conduct flora inventories, habitat characterization, and cartography while analyzing data and environmental challenges. Draft regulatory environmental dossiers including impact studies and Natura 2000 incidence files, and develop management plans for natural reserves. Lead technical operations by supervising study staff, managing project risks, and ensuring contract compliance. Provide ecological consulting and post-project monitoring for construction works. Pilot commercial offers and participate in client prospecting to drive business development. Perform short-term field deployments across Île-de-France and Hauts-de-France regions.
Required Qualifications
- Master or Engineer diploma or specialization in ecology
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a study office as an ecologist in botany
- Good naturalist skills: knowledge of flora and habitats of Ile-de-France and Hauts-de-France
- Confirmed experience in ecological engineering (management plan, ecosystem restoration, implementation of protection or ecological continuity measures)
- Very good knowledge of environmental law and regulations related to protected species
- Permit B (indispensable)
- Autonomy

- Rigorous, organized, and sharp analytical mind
- Excellent writing skills
- Experience in processing and valuing naturalist data on GIS
- Short trips of 1 to 4 days to be expected in the Ile-de-France and Hauts-de-France regions
- CDI employment status
- Based in Rueil-Malmaison
