CHEF DE PROJET BATIMENT ET INDUSTRIE F/H

Lead building and industrial projects from feasibility studies through realization, acting as the primary client liaison to translate requirements into tailored solutions. Manage full or partial design and construction oversight, including feasibility, renovation, and audit missions for local industries and public markets such as healthcare and education. Coordinate specialized teams and external partners to ensure strict adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and financial commitments while driving technical, financial, and contractual follow-up. Represent the company on key initiatives including the Airbus framework contract at Saint-Nazaire and the reconstruction of the Sainte-Croix Abbey museum. This role requires a Bac+5 specialist in building structures or fluids with 7–10 years of experience, including 3–4 years in project management.
