Job Summary
Manage operational aspects of projects and programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring all work complies with SOPs, policies, and procedures. Create, track, and report on project timelines while overseeing budgets, invoice approvals, and financial deliverables. Produce status and financial reports for internal teams, external stakeholders, and senior management, presenting project information at meetings. Coordinate with cross-functional resources within and outside the organization, participate in proposal development and RFPs, and serve as a backup contact for internal project managers. Identify out-of-scope work and negotiate changes, ensuring milestones are met through regular team check-ins. Partner with other project managers to develop and implement process improvements within the Measurement organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of related experience
- Or Equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics
- Good teamwork skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work under limited direction
- Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
- Currently residing in Canada
