Lead the commercial development project for the agency by co-constructing a federating project with the team to boost B2C and local professional client retention. Daily responsibilities include conducting morning briefings, defining daily objectives, and adapting action plans. You will empower agents by integrating their ideas, establishing exchange zones for sharing best practices, and driving the evolution of the service project. Support the agency manager in skill development to ensure a successful handover at mission end. Collaborate with the sales director and store manager to establish and deploy the commercial strategy. Based in central Grenoble, this role requires 10 years of commercial project management experience, ideally in sales.
