Lead a team of 5-10 Sopra Steria professionals on client system transformation projects, ensuring delivery, cost, and deadline commitments while managing software development, system integration, and application maintenance. Plan, prioritize, and track team tasks to guarantee process compliance and deliverable quality, while fostering team member skill development and aligning activities with career trajectories. Manage project economics and financial reporting, maintain client relationships to build trust, and provide regular updates to leadership. Work under the guidance of an experienced project lead or director to handle projects of simple to medium complexity, with up to two days of remote work per week.
