Chef de Produit Junior

Junior Product Manager to contribute to the development and evolution of TV & Sport digital products and services (web and mobile), helping define features and user journeys, organizing content, and improving products. Assist in improving TV, Video and Sports services through new features and content optimization to boost user engagement and retention. Coordinate cross-functional teams (technical, design, content, marketing, data, customer service) to ensure needs and deliverables are tracked. Support integration and valorization of sports content, sports sections, campaigns and activations linked to major sports events across services. Prepare marketing briefs and coordinate promotional materials (landing pages, banners, newsletters, social campaigns, operator communications) with Marketing and Acquisition teams. Monitor usage and engagement metrics, analyze content performance, and formulate improvement recommendations. Contribute to optimizing customer journeys, UX/UI, and subscription paths to enhance the overall experience and meet business objectives. Conduct market and competitive research in TV, streaming, and sports to identify trends and best practices. Strong interest in digital products, web and mobile services, and digital entertainment; ability to collaborate with technical, marketing and business teams; strong understanding of web/mobile technologies; comfortable with data analysis and KPI tracking; interest in user engagement, customer experience and digital marketing; eager to learn and develop product management and monetization knowledge; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
