Job Summary
Chef de Partie needed at The Cutty Sark, Greenwich, London. Under Head Chef, you will champion quality, produce fresh dishes, lead as an active kitchen supervisor, and help design and deliver daily specials. You’ll work with the Head Chef to deliver consistent high-quality food, maintain GP and labour controls, and contribute to menu development and seasonal dishes. The role includes training and development opportunities (CDP development programme, Apprenticeship Scheme, Culinary Masterclasses) and the environment emphasizes teamwork, service, and guest experience by the riverside. Required Qualifications
- Existing Chef de Partie or excellent Commis Chef looking for next step
- passion and flare for producing quality fresh food
- hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor
- creativity and ability to design and deliver new dishes
- planning and organisational skills to maintain GP and labour controls
- pro-active approach to driving sales and growth through engagement with kitchen and FOH teams
