Job Summary
Chef de Partie responsible for delivering quality fresh dishes in a food-led pub kitchen. Work alongside the Head Chef to design and deliver menus and daily specials, maintain GP and labour controls, demonstrate creativity, supervise and actively contribute to a collaborative kitchen environment, and engage with both kitchen and front-of-house teams to drive service quality and growth. Required Qualifications
- Experience as Chef de Partie or strong background as Commis Chef
- passion for producing quality fresh food
- hands-on Kitchen Supervisor experience
- excellent communication skills
- ability to design and deliver new dishes with Head Chef
- strong planning and organisational skills for GP and labour control
- pro-active focus on driving sales and growth through kitchen and FOH collaboration
- team player with ability to work under Head Chef
- willingness to learn and develop skills
