Job Summary
Chef de Partie role in a boutique hotel setting in Esher. Working alongside the Head Chef, you will be hands-on in the kitchen, helping to design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials, while actively supervising and supporting the kitchen team. You will champion excellent service through quality food, demonstrate creativity, and contribute to the overall guest experience. You’ll help maintain GP and labour controls, participate in development programmes, and support engagement with both kitchen and front-of-house teams to drive growth. Required Qualifications
- Experience as Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef with a passion for quality fresh food
- Hands-on kitchen supervisory experience
- Active team player with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn new skills and contribute to menu design and daily specials
- Ability to plan and organize to maintain GP and labour controls
- Proactive approach to driving sales and engaging with kitchen and front-of-house teams
