Job Summary
Chef de Partie responsible for delivering quality fresh food under Head Chef, working hands-on as Kitchen Supervisor. You will help design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials, maintain GP and labour controls, and actively drive sales through engagement with both kitchen and front-of-house teams. Opportunities include progression through CDP–Sous Chef development, apprenticeships, masterclasses, and internal career growth. Required Qualifications
- Experience as Chef de Partie or Commis Chef
- passion for producing quality fresh food
- hands-on kitchen supervision
- ability to design and deliver new dishes
- strong planning and organisational skills to manage GP and labour
- active teamwork and communication
- drive to engage both kitchen and front of house to support growth
