Job Summary
Chef de Partie responsible for cooking quality fresh food under Head Chef, supporting menu design and daily specials, and overseeing kitchen operations. Demonstrates passion for service, teamwork, and excellent communication; actively contributes to designing and delivering new dishes, maintaining GP and labour controls, and driving sales through engagement with kitchen and front-of-house teams. Required Qualifications
