Job Summary
Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards while overseeing production and maintaining cleanliness at your station. Maintain high quality standards for presentation and taste, collaborate with the head chef to develop new recipes, and ensure food safety protocols are followed. Communicate effectively with team members to support colleagues and assist with service during key periods. Keep your designated area organized and ensure all equipment is in good working order. This role requires proven experience as a Chef de Partie, strong cooking techniques, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. The position offers 40 hours per week with Wednesday to Sunday shifts, plus ongoing training and development opportunities within a diverse, inclusive team.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience working in a Chef de Partie role with developing seniority
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Capable and willing to be responsible for service during key periods
