Chef De Partie to work across a range of events including conference and banqueting, private dining and in-house cafe. Responsibilities include providing food/service to a consistently high standard, assisting senior chefs with functions, managing stock levels for the section, ensuring food presentation meets standards, maintaining Health, Hygiene and Safety requirements, and collaborating with a team to deliver high-quality hospitality experiences. Strong communication, time management, organisational skills, and the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team are essential.
