Job Summary
Chef de Partie with Team Lead responsibilities overseeing the culinary department and staff to meet brand standards and guest expectations. Duties include training, supervision, coaching, ensuring food quality and safety, managing station prep and service, explaining menu items, maintaining sanitation and safety practices, and resolving issues during shifts. Requires 2 years of advanced culinary experience, 1 year supervisory experience, Serve Safe certification, competency with basic computer programs, strong communication in English, and strong leadership.
