Job Summary
Chef de Partie responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in a resort kitchen, maintaining mise en place, portion control, and food safety; supervise junior kitchen staff; assist with quality control, menu planning, and training; manage costs and inventory while ensuring cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations; capable of working in indoor/outdoor high-heat kitchen environments, with shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a casual fine dining kitchen, including à la carte and high-volume production.
- Completion of a culinary training diploma (preferred).
- Ontario Food Handler Certification (required).
- High school-level English communication skills.
