Job Summary
Seasonal Chef de Partie responsible for supervising and coordinating the preparation of high-quality dishes, leading and training kitchen staff, participating in menu development and tasting menus, managing inventory and storage to minimize waste, and ensuring sanitation and adherence to Four Seasons standards in the kitchen during the 2026 season (minimum 6–7 months) at Four Seasons Astir Palace Athens. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent and right to work in Greece (European passport advantageous); English fluency required with Greek a plus.
