Job Summary

Chef de Partie for the 2026 season at the Caesar Augustus in Capri, under the supervision of the Executive Chef. Responsible for the execution of their own station, selecting ingredients in line with established quality standards, measuring portions according to prescribed procedures, checking the uniqueness and presentation of each course, supporting the brigade as needed, and collaborating with the rest of the team to tidy and clean their workstation at the end of service. Requires at least 2 years of experience in luxury facilities or gourmet restaurants, solid knowledge of basic Italian culinary techniques, strict hygiene standards, reliability, responsibility, and a team-oriented mindset. HACCP certification is required. Full-time seasonal contract with meals and accommodation provided.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in luxury facilities and/or Gourmet Restaurant of the same level
  • Good knowledge of Italian cuisine techniques
