Job Summary
Chef de Partie responsible for running your section efficiently during service, preparing and cooking dishes to specification and brand standards, working with fresh seafood ingredients, mentoring Commis Chefs and junior team members, maintaining food safety and cleanliness, assisting with stock control and waste minimisation, and collaborating with Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth service in a seafood-focused kitchen.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to step up
