Job Summary
Prepare special meals or substitute items, regulate oven temperature, and prepare/plate desserts and cold foods as a Pastry-focused Chef de Partie. Maintain food logs, ensure portion and garnish quality, communicate menu specials and stock needs to service staff, and assist management with hiring, scheduling, coaching, and training of team members. Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety procedures, and checklists; foster positive working relationships and support the team to meet common goals.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree (preferred)
- Related Work Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience.
