Job Summary
Pastry Chef de Partie at a 5-star luxury hotel in the UAE (Dubai/Abu Dhabi/Fujairah/Ras Al Khaimah). Responsible for producing high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods; assist in pastry menu development with seasonal offerings; supervise and train junior pastry staff; manage inventory and stock levels; ensure cleanliness and food safety; stay abreast of pastry trends and contribute innovative ideas. Requires at least 3 years' experience in a 5-star hotel or equivalent, pastry arts qualification, leadership abilities, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays. Must be currently based in the UAE.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a 5-star luxury hotel or equivalent environment
- Culinary qualification in pastry arts or equivalent experience
- Excellent knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and presentation standards
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality products under pressure
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be currently in UAE
