Job Summary
Experienced Chef de Partie needed to support menu production and daily kitchen operations in a premium corporate dining environment. You will own and manage your designated kitchen section, prepare and cook to menu specifications, assist with stock control and ordering, uphold food safety and hygiene standards, and mentor junior kitchen staff under the Head Chef. Strong culinary skills, ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and full unrestricted working rights within Australia are required.
