Job Summary
Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel kitchen in Chester. You will run your designated section, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation and service. Work closely with Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences for hotel guests and restaurant diners. Responsibilities include managing your section during service, preparing and presenting dishes to high standards, ensuring compliance with recipes and quality standards, training and mentoring junior chefs, maintaining food hygiene and HACCP standards, monitoring stock levels and assisting with stock rotation, minimizing waste, collaborating with the kitchen brigade to ensure smooth service, and supporting menu development and seasonal specials as required. Requires previous Chef de Partie experience in a quality hotel/restaurant or luxury hospitality environment, ability to work under pressure, strong attention to detail, and commuting to Chester daily. Immediate start; non-live-in position with commutable distance or reliable transport.
