Job Summary
Supervise the preparation and production of all hot or cold food items for the food and beverage outlet. Collaborate with the Head Chef in ensuring quality, consistency and production across all areas; supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and workers; plan quantities and plating requirements; ensure proper portions and garnish with attention to detail; maintain organization to keep your section running efficiently each service; deliver service excellence and guest satisfaction; assist the team during service; uphold food safety and property standards. Desired qualifications include a Trade Industry Qualification or Commercial Cookery qualification, relevant experience in a similar role, and working rights in Australia.
