Job Summary
Chef de Partie responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting special meals according to recipes and quality standards; regulate oven/broiler/grill/roaster temperatures, thaw frozen items, ensure portion control and plating garnish; maintain food logs and communicate needs during peak periods; inform Chef of excess inventory for daily specials; coordinate with Food & Beverage staff on specials and menu items; support hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and motivating team members; adhere to safety, security, and company policies; maintain professional appearance, protect assets, and uphold confidentiality; stand/walk for extended periods and perform tasks with physical demands typical of a high-volume kitchen.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
- Related Work Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience
- No supervisory experience
