Job Summary
Chef de Partie responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to Marriott standards, regulating oven/broiler/grill/roaster temperatures, portion control and food garnish, maintaining food logs and quality checks, coordinating with Food & Beverage on menu specials and out-of-stock items, and assisting management with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching. Must follow safety policies, protect assets, and maintain professional appearance; communicate clearly with staff, build positive working relationships, and support team goals. Requires 3 years of related experience and a Technical/Trade/Vocational School degree. No supervisory requirement noted.
