Job Summary
Chef de Partie responsible for preparing meals, maintaining oven/food prep temperatures, portion control, garnish, and adherence to recipes and quality standards. Maintains food logs, communicates with staff about menu specials and shortages, and assists management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and coaching employees. Ensures safety, cleanliness, confidentiality of information, and asset protection; supports guest service and teamwork. Requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Based in Marriott’s Hyderabad, the role emphasizes culinary execution, kitchen discipline, and adherence to safety and quality policies.
Required Qualifications
- Three years of related work experience
- Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
