Job Summary
Chef de Partie responsible for supervising and coordinating cooks, determining food presentation and garnishes, ensuring proper portions, monitoring stock and food safety logs, communicating menu specials to F&B service staff, preparing special meals, assisting in training and coaching kitchen staff, and upholding high standards of quality in a luxury hotel kitchen. Must hold a trade qualification/be a qualified Chef, possess strong food safety knowledge, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively both in a team and autonomously to support career growth in a high-end culinary environment.
